For a pipe fitting manufacturer aiming for fully unmanned production from loose parts to finished packages, we provided a turnkey automated line integrating vibratory bowl feeding, multi-camera visual inspection and automatic packaging.
Bulk parts are first loaded into a custom-engineered vibratory bowl feeder, which sorts, orients and feeds parts one by one into the inspection station in a stable posture. An 8-camera vision system then performs full-dimensional measurement and all-round surface defect detection. Qualified parts are automatically guided into the downstream packaging machine for counting and bag sealing, while NG parts are discharged separately through a dedicated outlet for cleaning and re-inspection. The entire line runs with synchronized rhythm and centralized control, with minimal manual intervention.
This integrated solution eliminates manual transfer between feeding, inspection and packaging processes, builds a fully automated quality control and packaging chain, and improves overall production efficiency while ensuring consistent outgoing product quality.
