Our company officially releases the new Automatic Zipper Bag Packaging Machine, specially designed for factories producing hardware, plastic connectors, rubber O-rings and other small precision parts.
Many manufacturers still rely on manual packing for small components. Manual operation brings high labor cost, slow speed and inconsistent packaging quality. This newly developed zipper bag packaging machine can automatically finish roll film forming, bag making, filling and sealing in one workflow.
The machine supports bag width from 60–150 mm and bag length from 80–150 mm, with applicable film thickness 0.05–0.12 mm. It works perfectly to pack small solid parts, and can be matched with our fiber optic counting machine to build a complete counting & packaging production line.
Combined with our fiber optic counting equipment, the integrated system can automatically count small parts and directly pack finished quantities into zipper bags, greatly cutting manual labor and reducing counting errors. It is widely suitable for injection molding workshops, hardware factories and rubber seal producers.
